CUSTOM EDITING PACKAGES FOR WEDDING AND PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHERS
Build a package around the way you actually work
Some clients cap their budget and let us maximize what gets done. Others just want the work completed and let the time speak for itself. No image count estimates. No add-on fees. Just your budget and our time.
The experience doesn't change just because the pricing model does. You still get a dedicated Senior Editor who learns your style, a client portal for scheduling and communication, and the same long-term relationship we build with every client. Custom is about flexibility in pricing, not a compromise in quality.
If our other packages felt right but the pricing model didn't, you're in the right place. Whether you need a more flexible rate for your specific workflow or you're curious about how AI tools could stretch your budget further, this is where we meet you.
You set a budget per session, tell us what to prioritize, and your editor works within it. Whether that's culling, editing, a combination of both, or refining a gallery you've already run through AI, the work is shaped around what you actually need.
Set your budget, set your priorities, and we work within them.
These photographers needed something specific.
Here's how we showed up for them.
Cull + Edit within a set budget
She's a high-volume portrait photographer and her weekday calendar is fully booked. Each session lands around 80-90 images but she wants to deliver a more curated gallery of 50-60. The thing is, she's too close to the work to make those cuts herself. And she already felt like editing alone was pushing her budget, let alone adding culling on top of it.
She sets a max budget of $65 per session so she gets the most out of the service without going over what she's comfortable spending. Her dedicated editor culls the gallery down to 50-60 of the strongest images and then edits the full gallery including masks and object removal. There's no back and forth, no approval step. At this point her editor knows her style well enough to curate and edit the gallery with confidence and have it back in her hands within 5-7 business days. Most sessions come in under budget and some hit it depending on complexity, but she always knows the max she'll spend before the work begins.

Budget-first wedding editing with priorities
She shoots about 15 weddings a year and wanted to outsource her editing but had a firm budget of $200 per wedding. During our consult call we realized that fitting her into a per-image package would mean she'd need to do a significant amount of the editing herself on the front end just to make the numbers work. It would have added stress, not removed it.
Instead of making the math work backwards, we simplified it. She sends the fully culled gallery with her sneak peeks already in it and sets her budget at $200. Her editor prioritizes details, getting ready, ceremony, and portraits first. If there's time left in the budget, reception gets done too. If not, she finishes it when the gallery comes back in 10-12 business days.

AI as a starting point, human editor to finish
She's a high-volume luxury wedding and engagement photographer with large galleries that regularly land around 1,700 images. She runs everything through AI first to handle skin smoothing, teeth brightening, and exit sign removal. From there she sends about 5% of the gallery as anchors, the same images she used as sneak peeks.
Her editor goes through the gallery editing every image for consistency and making creative decisions for parts of the day that don't have anchors. As she edits, she tightens the gallery by removing images that are too similar and adds black and white virtual copies throughout. AI handles the time-intensive masking work across 1,700 images. Her editor handles the storytelling, the consistency, and the final quality that makes the gallery ready to deliver.
$0.85/min until the gallery is complete

However, once I learned I could trust my editor and the outsourcing process was seamless, I was finally able to give more time to areas of life or business that I was dreaming about! Truly, outsourcing has only helped grow my business. I’ve never looked back ever since I took the step and let go of the reins!
My editor is amazing. She really pays attention to detail, she’s not afraid to ask questions, and she’s always so open to some constructive criticism. She doesn’t just care about your images and business, she cares about you personally. She has been a pure joy to know and work with every single year! I don’t know what I’d do without her! You all are rock stars! I wouldn’t change a thing!”

You didn't build this business to spend every night editing. Take the next step and find out what changes when you have your person behind the scenes.
